Renigunta Hospital Fire Accident | Doctor Burnt Alive | 2 Children Killed: The fire broke out in an unnamed medical facility within Renigunta in the Tirupati district. A doctor’s daughter and son fell severely ill during the incident and were tragically killed in the process of treatment with the doctor. The details are as follows: Doctor Ravi Shankar Reddy is running an institution named Karti Keya in the Bhagat Singh Colony in the town. His family lives on the upper floor of the hospital’s building. The fire started on the floor on which the family of the doctor resided in the early hours of Sunday. The neighbours noticed the fire and took Ravi Shankar Reddy’s wife and aunt, as well as his young son Bharat (12) along with the daughter Kartika (15).

The mother of Dr Reddy Rama Subbamma was sleeping in an apartment on the 1st floor.

Lakhmi was awake and rushed into the kitchen on the 1st floor after Subbamma made an alarm after she noticed an open flame within the kitchen. Lakshmi alerted the guard outside. He turned off the power and then tried to get some water in the kitchen out of the windows, but he was unsuccessful.

A few locals, under the direction of the police, utilized the JCB to the door to the first floor. They also saved the mother of the doctor Rama Subbamma by using the bucket of the earthmoving machine.

In the meantime, Dr Laskhmi was unable to not go back to her bedroom, in order to help the youngsters as at that point the fire had already spread to the second floor.

After being alerted by her, firefighters went into the bedroom and took down two children who were declared to death’ at Ruia Hospital in Tirupati.

Dr Ravisankar Reddy, who was in a separate room located on the second floor was killed by asphyxiation when trying to climb away from his room. The burned body was later found.

Firefighters believe that the two children died because of asphyxiation from inhaling carbon monoxide. There were no burns on the body.

The fire incident at Renigunta Hospital was complicated because of the lack of ventilation. The building was damaged in a large way building as well to equipment as well as the furniture and woodwork such as curtains and sofas within every space.

According to locals, the locals say that Dr Reddy was a radiologist in the DBR Hospital in Tirupati and He also managed the hospital with his wife Dr Anantha Lakshmi. MD with a specialization in general medicine.

A Paluru-born villager in the Pedda Mudium Mandal of the Jammalamadugu region Dr Reddy relocated to Renigunta in the past four years. He constructed the house in recent years. Two sisters of his lived at home in the US. Police stated that they would look into the incident from every angle as there was no certainty on the source of the flame.
