ET has learnt that the two senior officials discussed current situation in Afghanistan and Myanmar with special focus on humanitarian assistance. Sherman also shared US perspective on UAE drone attacks besides briefing Shringla on US-Russia talks, sources said. The Quad vaccine rollout was also on the agenda.
Few days back Russia had briefed India on developments in Ukraine and its talks with US among others on the situation.
