While addressing the event, UP CM Adityanath said, “A new BrahMos missile production unit will be set up in Lucknow. This will increase employment in the state. New India is moving ahead fast in the defense sector.”
India successfully test-fired the air model of the BrahMos supersonic cruise missile earlier this month. It was dubbed a “significant milestone” in BrahMos development by the Defense Ministry.
